While Medicare Part A covers hospital stays, Part B takes care of your everyday healthcare needs, like doctor visits, lab tests, and preventive care.
Unlike Part A, Part B usually comes with a monthly premium, which may vary based on your income.
Here’s what you can expect Medicare Part B to help pay for:
Primary care and specialist appointments
Office visits, including annual wellness exams
Outpatient procedures and services
Screenings for diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular conditions
