What is the different between a Concierge Member Patient and an Insurance Patient? 2017-04-01T18:46:27+00:00

A concierge member is a patient who has signed up through our in house medical plan and pays for a monthly membership with our office. A insurance patient has insurance coverage that will be billed for their visits and will pay for the amount agreed with your insurance plan.

We accept most PPO Insurances and Cash Patients for Urgent Care. We accept most PPO’s and HMO Insurances for Primary Care. PPO and Cash for Dental.

Unfortunately, our insurance panels are closed at this moment. If you would like to be added to our new patient waiting list, please call our office. We do offer the Concierge Membership Plan that is paid monthly to make us instantly your primary. Call us for details.

No we do not. Only for Urgent Care, Dental, and Aesthetics.

For Urgent Care, you can walk in or call us to make same day appointment.

For Insurance patients, please call your pharmacy to request a refill. This will be a quicker response. For our Concierge patients, please call our office.

Yes we do for Urgent Care and Concierge Patients. Insurance requires us to send an authorization for approval to send you to a Radiology Center.

No we do not. We can refer you out if needed.

For Public, it is only open from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and Saturday from 9:00am to 12:00pm. For our Concierge Member Patients, we offer 24 hours to be on call if needed.
